First off, the location and views are amazing. If only the rest stood up. When we arrived we found both bathrooms not cleaned (during Covid). The loft room has two bathrooms both with the biggest bathtubs you could buy. However when my daughter tried to have a bath out first night, she could even get it 1/4 full before the hot water ran out. I called the front desk and was told that maintenance went home and we should talk to the manager in the morning. The did offer to switch rooms however I did not want to drag my family at night to another room so we waited. When I spoke to the manager (after their maintenance department looked at the tank) he was very defensive and immediately told me there was nothing wrong with the tank without even asking me a single question or a brief introduction, he exited his office and started telling me that the tank was new and working fine. I found him a little rude in this regard. I wasn't demanding and I think I had a legitimate complaint. However the way this was handled was as if I was a difficult customer. I find it odd that you would put a large bathtub into a place without being able to fill it. In fact our family if 5 struggled to all have a shower without running out of water. Overall we had stayed there several years back and had a different experience. However after this trip I will not be returning.

Me and my fiance visited this place in mid Oct . My first time and he's been here few times. We absolutely love this lovely place. We enjoyed the hot tub,incredible views from just few sec walk from the cabin, peaceful sound of the wave, kind community we met here in Tofino. This place feels like home to us and thank you for the wine as well. Also loved kitchen very much! This place has everything that you can imagine and would recommend for couples, families, friends for a short and long getaway trips! We will be back with our parents next time. Thank you for the lovely Tofino experience again

What a great surprise. The accommodations are exquisite - it felt like a condo vs. hotel room. Staff were great and they allowed dogs (into a few units.) Great access to Cox Bay Beach. Can’t wait to come back.

Steps from the beautiful Cox Bay Beach. This resort has varied self contained unit. It also has a shared common area for cooking and lounging. Other amenities include a fitness area, board storage and a hotub. Wonderful for families.

Fantastic accommodation right on the beach. Great suite with good amenities. Surfers paradise with rolling surf and lovely beach....and a super hot hot tub!
