I needed a fence line surveyed and Titan came highly recommended. It was good advice. I called on Saturday night around 9:00 expecting to leave a message, but Patrick (the owner) picked up and booked me in for Thursday morning the next week. He told me the estimated price and explained why it might decrease or increase based on my specific lot. Patrick arrived on time despite his experiencing a family emergency that morning, neatly staked the property line, and invoiced an amount within his original estimate. When I had a question later that day, he took my call immediately without additional charge. Patrick helped us find one area where our original fence was seriously encroaching on the neighbour’s property, and so helped us avoid a potentially serious argument and potential rebuild down the road.
