We had an Insurance claim that we required some water damage fixed, for the most part they resolved that, however where the issues began was with our one bathroom where we hired them to renovate our bathroom. They Demolished and Renovated our bathroom within typical contractor time(two months), when estimated a month. I will list the Pros: - Contractors they used were Friendly and Some what on time - Cost was Reasonable(if accurate to the final invoice) Cons: - Quoted one price, then Charged another(this is common, however the added charges where not on the original invoice, but stated they were forgotten) - There were Several deficiencies, that should have been addressed or discussed prior to finishing project Overall, I would say Titan is good, but requires better COMMUNICATION, especially when comes to deficiencies, and payment...

Tomas and the crew from Titan responded within a couple hours when my basement flooded. They were so professional and easy to work with, and went above and beyond to fix extra issues during the restoration. I could not be more thrilled with my new basement. I so appreciate the care and communication throughout.

Would never use this company ever again. We had a flood and the adjustor brought Titan employee Dan. I now wonder if they were friends and get each other jobs from other peoples bad luck? At first we just went along with Dan's suggestions, and as time went on many people were telling us Titan's Dan was taking us for a ride. The insurance company was giving Titan 14,000 to bring everything back to what it was before the flood. We did the calculations and we weren't even getting around 3,500 in repairs. Finally we fired Dan and ended our horrible contract. We now have a new company and an actual restoration company that deal with things like this and they could not believe how bad Titan was and how much they ignored so many serious water damage mold, etc because they sat on there hands for 11 months and blamed covid19 for the neglect. We learned alot from this and we had to pass on the information so people are aware before they get involved with Titan Construction. Always ask your insurance company for there \preferred company list\. Makes a HUGE difference!!!! Hopefully this helps people and they won't have to go through the same neglect we did.

They always refer you to connect with your adjustor and it's very hard to reach your project manager to know the update about your project.
