Amazing friendly service. In a time and season where it is very difficult and busy at most locations, having a walk in first come service has proven to be most helpful. From the moment I walked into the building until the time I left, the staff was courteous, efficient, helpful and quick. I highly recommend this company to anybody who needs a tire, whether you need just cheap tires, or more superior expensive brands. I'm excited to try these new rubbers out!

Two weeks after I purchased 4 used tires from this establishment, I had a flat in one of them so driving on my spare went in to repair it. After I was called in to collect my car I found my spare strewn around, nobody bothered to put it back in the boot while the service guys were horsing around amongst themselves. I had to put back the spare back myself as one of the guys standing around was totally clueless. Doesn't give too much confidence in the quality of the service.

Customer service just ok , but after they installed a pair of used tires I got from them , I noticed that one of my AMG rims was scratched around the edge in a semi-circular way with the machine used to remove the tire and the rim, I promptly complained so the manager inspected the rim and told me it wasn't done by them. I insisted that I took pictured before coming to the shop of all the rims and this particular rim didn't have this type of scratch, I even showed him the pictures dated on that day but it seems that he didn't care. The employee who serviced my vehicle was called and he rudely denied the scratches and mentioned it was a curb rash. No way it was curb rush and he promptly left. it was clearly done by the machine because he was careless when handling the rim , the manager never admitted it was their fault but tried to apologize and told me that the scratch was not big deal except that the scratch covered half of the rim. I was disappointed , not recommended for high end rims. No compensation was offered. My mistake I should have show them the rims didn't have any scratches prior to service but sometimes when do you , this type of tires shops get bothered.
