I run a storage facility and one of our tenants has hired this company to move their belongings. Given the current pandemic going on it is a provincial law that people need to be wearing a mask inside public spaces. We have repeatedly asked the movers to wear a mask and also asked them to wear it properly as it was not covering their nose. Even after multiple reminders they still failed to wear a mask properly or one at all. Working with a moving company they should be well aware of the laws that are set in place. Maybe someone from management could reiterate these protocols. Thank you

Your tagline is \professional Movers\ but your driver of truck 5030 is anything but. Encountered him on the road. He was rude, impatient, and ignorant. He thinks low cars have the same view as drivers in trucks sitting high up. He recklessly cut me off and yelled with a foul mouth to feed his anger. I would never book this company.

Craig (sales rep) and Zack (driver / mover) from Allied Van Lines / Tippet Richardson were great - helped us pack, load and move long distance from Vancouver to the Kootenays. Not the cheapest move but you get what you pay for and I wanted peace of mind and quality work and got both. Great communication, and I always felt that I was being well taken care of. Craig was great on the admin side and Zack was awesome on the ground. When there was a minor issue Craig was on it and took care of it to my satisfaction. Would use them again and highly recommend them.

Giving this company 1 star is farce. They don't deserve even one. Negative 5 would be more accurate. Stay away! Unless you are looking for completely unprofessional and incompetent service. They'll bend over backwards to preach how important you are and good they are and their service and communication will be great until you hand over a deposit. Then you'll wait days and days for a response. Movers packed our belongings like children. Who packs wood saws with camping tents and air mattresses? That is only one example. We had many things showing damage upon opening due to not being packing in mindful way. 1000s worth of damage and they don't care. Add that to emails being hacked and having our personal and private data taken! The hackers have access to our emails, phone numbers, new address, spreadsheets listing all of our belongings and their value! How safe do we feel now?! The list goes on and on. Do yourself a favour and hire another company and ensure know one hires them. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. Shocked and disgusted by this \company.

I have used this organization many times for commercial moves. As with any service provider you may use multiple times, some interactions are better than others... What I can say is, this is a professional moving company that I will continue to engage.
