I am a jeans and T- shirt kind of guy, went into Tip Top and AJ introduced himself to me. I told him I was looking for something that I would I would wear occasionally. He took me to a rack of suits priced at 150. Also he showed me a comparable suit of higher quality for 350. After trying both on I was sold on the quality suit. I asked if they sold shoes, unfortunately not, however at this point I was in need of fashion advice and trusted AJs advise. He went with me to three different stores and assisted me in finding the look and comfort that best suited my needs. Kudos to AJ and Tip Top tailors for hiring such a professional go getter. I will definitely return to do more business with AJ.

Worst customer service I've had. Went there to find a suit for my fiance. Was being helped by a man, medium build, long hair, can't remember his name. The size/cut my fiance was trying on wasn't fitting very well in the waist, it was too large while the shoulders were fine. The sales assistant kept saying we would need to get it tailored, he recommends that for everyone. I said that our goal is not to spend a lot of money on a suit and more money on tailoring, and that he had tried on suits that fit a lot better than that one. I said that in a very nice manner, to which he very rudely replies: \Well we don't have it.\ I handed him the suit and left. I would NEVER shop there or recommend this place again. Not in a million years would I say that to a customer. Edit: We ended up finding a perfectly fitting suit for him that same day at Le Chateau, which needed NO alterations.
