Bought a cheech glass/metal pipe broke after 5 days with no trauma an obvious product defect called and was told no returns on glass. DO NOT BUY CHEECH GLASS PRODUCTS FROM THIS STORE! Maybe had i been able to inspect the product before i bought it i would have been able to tell how poorly it was made. 21.99 for 5 days UNACCEPTABLE!! I had no problem with this store until now I would suggest if it is not needed immmediately order your stuff online!!
The store is absolutely amazing with a huge selection of everything you need. Prices are very good starts low and goes high. Only reason I'm giving two stars is the staff... The man didn't know hardly anything I was talking about when my friend was in there two days ago buying certain items I go in and the guy never heard of them then I ask about silicone bonds and he knew nothing should not be working there...
It was my first time here. And loved everything about this place I would definitely come back again and also recommend to others as well

Good stock but service is hit or miss. Sometimes I can ask questions and get to see products, other times I don't get a single straight answer, even just to get to know the price until I go to pay. I still like to support it though.
Nice atmosphere when you walk in. The guy who runs the shop is really knowledgeable, patient, and is always willing to answer our questions and the like! Whether you're looking for high quality glass, or just some records to pair with your sessions, this store has it all!
