Slum lords for older properties. Lack of maintenance and no vermin control. Lived there 2 years before they did their mandatory \yearly\ fire inspection. They are now trying hide from these reviews by rebranding as Hazelview.

This one star is because they are unprofessional and they do not clean this building there are roaches all around the building and they don't k own how to have a proper conversation with their tenants.
This company does not pay their contractors. I have been waiting for over 5 months since invoicing (took forever to get a PO#) and I completed the work back in December 2019. Head office payables is non responsive to my many polite reminders. Instead I get an automated response referencing Covid-19... I read on their website that Timbercreek is buying REITs in this pandemic... but they can't pay their contractors??? Leann Ebert, owner of Walls Revived Inc in Edmonton, Alberta UPDATE: I finally got paid after waiting 9 months. They blamed the delay on staffing issues.
The worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I lived at their London apartment location in a half decent neighbourhood as well. The building after two months of living in it was infested with bed bugs, fleas and cockroaches. They sprayed ONCE and told me there was nothing else they could do I needed to wait. My youngest dog who is almost 150 pounds has now developed a skin condition due to how bad the infestation was he so incredibly sick we were endlessly at the vet. They offered to cover the costs yet never followed up when I offered to send receipts. The only I offer I got was to leave my lease quietly with no offer of giving me my last months rent back for my troubles or the costs of my endless amounts of visits for my dogs. I filed a complaint not once but twice with the better business bureau and they still refused to do anything. Don’t ever waste a single moment in time on this company as the only thing they care about is their money. Their employees won’t even live at their buildings because they are so awful. For the sake of your own sanity and health, look elsewhere cause their buildings are disgusting as are their employees.
