Exceptional Team. Highly recommended with utmost confidence. Tim assisted with the purchase of my first home in Toronto. He was very patient and we spent immense amount of time looking at different condos. Tim was also very proactive in looking for units that met my requirements, and gave me a lot of useful information when I was still a rookie dipping into the real estate market. A few years later, I approached Tim's team again, and this time Jim became my agent. Not only is he patient with assisting me with looking for a house, but he was extremely honest with market conditions and how he felt about houses we looked at. This gave me a lot of confidence and in the end, I have finally purchased my first family home through him. Jim also assisted with finding a renter for my old unit..after a short while, he was able to secure a pair of extremely good tenants for me. They have been my tenants for over a year and we are now on our own lease agreement. Without Jim, I would probably still be stuck with numerous short term renters. Can't go wrong with this team. When I received a postdoctoral fellowship to study at the University of Toronto, I celebrated. And then, I proceeded to be quite anxious about finding a suitable home for my family, given what I've heard about how difficult the Toronto housing market is to navigate. Our situation was further complicated by the fact that we couldn't physically go to Toronto to scout out potential options and meet with landlords. We knew we would need a fair amount of expert help. We got connected with Tim and Beatrice through a friend of a family member. They immediately went to work to find potential options for us based on a rather stringent set of criteria we provided (must be close to reliable public transit, walkable to playground for our son, safe neighborhood, etc. etc.). They also provided honest and helpful advice regarding the suitability of postings that we found on our own. They represented us to go see our tentative home and sent a detailed video recording of the place to us. And when we ultimately decided to pitch an offer, they helped us negotiate the best deal possible, and made the process of filling out all the paperwork as painless as I could've imagined. They even went out of their way to help us put together the security deposit on a tight deadline by consolidating funds that we transferred via four separate Interac transfers. Throughout this whole process, we had peace of mind knowing that our case was handled by experts who really knew what they were doing and had our best interest at heart.
