The service provided seemed adequate, however sales tactics were crude and offputting. Please recognize that people legitimately live on fixed incomes and may not be able to afford the new hearing aids that you offer (even the most basic). Pushing for the more expensive hearings aids and telling the customer that everything is just more expensive now is not a solution. Perhaps be a bit more empathetic with your customers needs and truly assist them get their quality of life back not just your bottom dollar.
