Very delighted to have chosen TilTop Roofers. Very professional service. Images by drone and explanation by Ali was impeccable. Chris is a very competent tradesman, very soft spoken and spent his time explaining the procedure of all the repairs. He even took pictures before, during and after the repair. Not only the missing shingles were replaced but Chris repaired all the bad work which was done by another roofer during the great wind storm in 2018. If you were one of those unfortunate customers during the great windstorm, please invite Ali for a free check and estimate of your repair. This company is thoroughly modern. Most of the communication was done electronically and pdf copies of the documents were sent and received. Was pleasant to deal with ( emails, phone calls...). there was a hiccup but, the owner took charge and resolved the issue. Pricing wasn't rock bottom but, at least charges were reasonable. Can't say much about longevity or workmanship since only had roof replaced a year ago. Fingers crossed the both my roof and the company both weather the weather. Hey, thanks for the roof!
