I am so pleased with their customer service.. good response and friendly staff!! They took my cake order even though it was short notice! And the cake was beautiful and delicious!! Definitely recommended ! All my future cake orders are going to them!! Thank you so much!!
Not only is this a SUPER CUTE place, the baked goods are so yummy & the sister owners are wonderfully friendly & helpful! One important thing to note is this is WAYYY more than a cake bake shop, ... it has so many baked goods, I would say they should update their branding for the world to see!!! ) ... Definitely worth the visit to pop in and try some of their delectable!
To further the review from Susan Percy I attended the party that Sarah had for her daughter although the aesthetics of the cake was not favorable we were hoping for a fantastic cake. The cake was cut and we immediately noticed the consistency of the cake was almost like a cookie batter substance. We tried to serve pieces to guests and they after tasting it they were like \THIS IS NOT COOKED\ I even tried it myself and let me tell you it was disgusting. We stopped serving and everyone just through their piece in the garbage. Sarah and her mother told everyone at the party I am sure that they made an error and will make it right. I would not have even posted this if they made it right well let me tell you what they did ....they wrote her a 10% discount voucher and a 35 store credit (NO REFUND) that expired today....THAT'S right picked up the coupon today and expires today !!!! If I paid 140 for this cake I would be upset too. If there was a 0 star rating I would have picked that.
