Called and called for over an hour, eventually I drove to see what was preventing the phone from being answered. When I asked the lady why I've tried on several different days all at different times, only for no one to ever answer.....she replied she was too busy. I explained that it'd be impossible because she's not answering the phone to take any orders. She informed me that she can't always answer the phone. I placed the order for my pizza, was 5 minutes late picking it up....my cell started ringing, it was her wanting to know where I was and why I wasn't on time to pick my pizza up. Hey, lady, be happy I'm answering my phone! I'm in your parking lot. Also laughed at me and asked \what kind of pizza is that\ when I ordered my pizza without cheese. I'm thankful aylmer opened up. We no longer go to tillsonburg for any food services. McDonald's is worse than pizza hut and Harveys we didn't get our whole order. We've been using aylmer successfully for the past few months

The only customers in the entire restaurant, server spent a maximum of 7 seconds at the table at a time. Once to seat us, once to bring us our drinks and app, once to bring our main course and when we were done. Our personal pizza had a small amount of cheese in the centre and was burnt. Lol this is out third time trying this place and it just seems to get worse.
Fast and friendly service. I always order ahead and my food is always hot and ready when I arrive.
Ordered online called immediately to update the order however they didn't answer the phone after 7 attempts. Drove there only to be told they were too busy to answer the phone and didnt get my order.
