Great customer service, wish they had a larger stock of clothing for small animals. But I still ended up picking up 2 high quality sweaters for the pooch.

I was in your store in Tillsonburg this morning as I've done often times for dog food and such. This morning I wanted To buy a coat for our dog. Ya the ones that are 35-60 and I couldn't get any help other than your staff hollering across the store what size the dog MIGHT take. One associate was too busy sitting on her duff, the other gazing out the window. I don't need this frustration when I'm spending my money in your store. I'll do my food and accessories shopping elsewhere.

Not very happy. My daughter picked up a cone for her dog yesterday and they gave her an XXL one instead of one for a small dog ( she wasn't allowed in to pick, curb side only, she told them the dog only weighed 25ish pounds ) It is way too big and because of Covid, they refuse to take it back right now! Please get some competent people who can follow simple instruction, my kid is out 30 and I still don't have a proper collar.
