Store was great! I would recommend designating one door as the entrance and one as the exit as a covid protocol, so people aren't walking into each when coming and going.

Not overly huge but well stocked.
Smaller Metro but it had what I needed. Store was clean and reasonably well stocked. Service was friendly. Got in & out very quickly. Also pleased to see they aren't Covid tyrants. One of a few days I didn't have my contact lenses in and I had to pull my mask down under my nose for a minute to be able to see. I stood away from others to be respectful. When my glasses cleared up I was ready to roll. I noticed a few others wearing glasses had their masks lower but you have to be able to see. Everyone was very laid at this location. Kudos.
This is a 'walk to' store me, so the convenience is a big plus. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fastest checkout lines in Tillsonburg. I often don't have success finding beef that I would buy - they cut their steaks way too thin. All their beef is 'AA', not 'AAA'. Sometimes there is a bad odour at the butcher doors... not sure how clean it is back there. Nonetheless, Tillsonburg Metro is my number one grocery store - and I love that they cater to the farm workers - they carry lots of interesting Caribbean produce while the workers are here.
They are always courteous and pleasant. I have been lately particularly impressed with their handling of covid-19. They are fair and gracious to all.
