Deven Needles

The employees at this location deserve a pat on the back. At face value, I can see no difference in shopping at any other hardware store. The prices and products are the same, however the customer service you receive at this Home Hardware is impeccable. I rely on the staff to help me with my home reno and repair questions, and they are always knowledgeable and prepared to go the extra mile in order to help get my project completed. Dan practically walked me through re-plumbing my entire house the last time I was in, and everything went smooth as a result. I hope the owner has pizza Fridays or something to reward the staff, I have a hardware store right up the road from me in Vienna but I will drive the extra 20 minutes for the peace of mind and attentive service. Keep it up! Thanks for your continued assistance in keeping my old house livable!

I was after a christmas gift so thought I would try and shop local. Well ask about ordering out of there catalog. But the item I wanted for Christmas ! Would not come in until march !! So had to order it from Amazon.. so much for shopping in town.
