I have had great experiences with these folks for decades. Their advice has always been solid, and they offer great creative suggestions. I have bought tile for several bathroom and kitchen renos from them and have always found both prices and selection great. I will be visiting them again soon even though I no longer live in the area - just for their ideas!
Awful place. BUYER BE AWARE I'm having my kitchen and bathroom renovated. I picked a floor tile and paid over 400 for it. When I got it home I realized I didn't like it. When I tried to exchange it for a different tile, they charged me 95.00 restocking fee. Wow. I thought I was doing the right thing by shopping in the community, giving the small businesses my business. They just lost my business for all the other tile I needed. I'm going to Home Depot. Free exhange and returns.
I am happy with the customer service. They where able to special order for me Schluter trim. Tim was quick to response to my emails and they gave me a fair price.
