I've been using Tiimports for less than a year now as my paper/envelope supplier and they have been amazing. If there is anything that isn't in stock, they provide alternatives or are usually able to order the item in within a few weeks. They are very friendly and have a mass variety of options for whatever you need. I highly recommend them!

This is actually Alexandra Botell, wife of James. I was tasked to design and do the calligraphy for 100 wedding invitation. Initially I contacted Tiimports Fancy Papers to order the main envelopes. After consultation, Kim suggested Star Dream Quartz because the surface would be better able to accept the ink and nib without bleeding and snagging. That turned out to be excellent advice. When I received the envelopes, they were so incredibly beautiful that they made the paper I had on hand look cheap, so I ordered card stock and reply envelopes to match. Then Covid struck and everything stopped. But the bride clung to the hope that the wedding would still happen in July. I had finished addressing the main envelopes, but could not complete the lettering of the invitation until the date was confirmed. Also, I didn't have the card stock or the reply envelopes. Everything was time sensitive. Team Fancy Papers solved my dilemma by giving me what they had in stock. AND. Elizabeth hand-delivered my order, driving from Toronto to St. Catharines in her own car! I will be forever grateful for Tiimports Fancy Papers Team for going above and beyond especially at such a difficult time. I highly recommend this company because the service is stellar, and the product stunning...oh...by the way, the wedding has been postponed until next July!
Amazing paper options! Could spend an entire day just looking at and feeling the different stocks. No other place like it, at least in the GTA from what I know. Have always had a good experience with the customer support although I'm a very infrequent user (once every 2-3 years or so). Also, from what I know, they are strictly B2B so you have to be a print shop or print broker and have an account to purchase from them.
Great paper but customer service could use some improvement. No emails/calls back after a problem and shipping mix-up which messed up my whole job and made me miss the deadline. Good thing I have a great printer (TPH Hamilton)! How can it take a week to track down a missing package? They say it was CANPAR but if they had shipped to the correct address to begin with it wouldn't have been an issue. Will be finding another supplier for suture.
