They were patient with us, and informative
Typically very happy with the service here, however, the most recent time I was here I left annoyed. For one, the salesperson didn't inform me that the CORE/Holt Renfrew was having a promotion whereby if I spend 50 or more, that parking would be free. Needless to say, I only found out about this after the fact. Who likes to pay for parking? Not me. I'm ok with being a longstanding customer of Tiffany's, but like almost anyone, hates to pay for expensive Downtown parking. And obviously, a purchase from Tiffany's is usually well above the minimum 50 needed for free parking. Secondly, the same salesperson asked whether I wanted a receipt emailed to me. I said \yes\. I never got it, so I had to follow-up and phone them myself, which eventually resolved it. Easy fix. Like I said, I'm typically happy with the service at this particular location, however, due to this most recent experience, won't be back.
Staff here are courteous, professional, and patient, so I have nothing negative against them. It's too bad that Tiffany does their own diamond grading and is more fashion based. Having actual GIA certification and more classic pieces would be better than what is offered today.
