I have always been against the idea of having an engagement or wedding ring purchased from Tiffany's, but when my husband surprised me with a ring, I was both surprised and taken aback by its simplicity. I did have to go in to have it resized a bit, but they were able to do that for me complimentary! We dealt with Monica and Angela, and they were truly professional and kind. Again! I love my ring so so so so so so sooooo much, it's so beautiful and mesmerizing. Canary yellow was definitely the way to go!
I love going to Tiffany! You just can't help but feel fabulous when you shop here! Kristy, my SA was so sweet and helpful and patient as I decided and contemates what I was in the mood to purchase. So luxurious and elegant!
Went to exchange my Christmas gift and the sales staff Satomi helped me pick the new gift of my choice! She was so kind and friendly and ensured that everything went smoothly. Highly recommend if you go to the store to ask for her- she knows everything about the store and will help you find the best gift for you!
Some of the worst customer service I have seen to date. This experience has tarnished my 12 year relationship with Tiffany's as a brand. When you take away the service and the experience, all you are getting is overpriced silver and glitz. I have been a customer of Tiffany's for half my life, but the last 2 situations have simply ruined it for me. The service I have received from this location in particular is pretty bad. We took my mother to browse some items for her upcoming birthday. The agent - Kurtis - wrote down the details, including the price, and after we told him when her birthday was (end of Sept) he said no rush and items usually ship within a few business days. Fast forward a few weeks, I reached out to him to add a few extra items and was told the item had increased TEN PERCENT!! Topped with poor customer service, delays in shipping and availability, skyrocketing prices, the fact that they offer no cleaning services (which really makes no sense when you are letting customers try on the same piece after piece in stores without cleaning them!)...it just ruins the entire experience. Tiffany's, you just are not worth the hassle. We have cancelled all future orders and will no longer associate with you as a brand. At a time where you'd think luxury brands would be desperate to hold on to their long-time customers, I guess we just didn't spend enough for you to value us!
