I will never support ticketmaster again. I would give 0 stars if possible. Purchased my tickets in March 2020 and they have continued to postpone the concert and will not issue a refund. TicketMaster have removed their customer service phone lines and the customer service available via chat is absolutely horrible. I was offered a call back by a manager within 72 hours but if you miss their call you will not be provided a call back number and will need to request another call via online chat and wait an additional 72 hour. Withholding customers fund for more than 1 year in a pandemic is crazy! Stay away from ticketmaster!

Hidden, without discussion and consent, they took insurance of 17 Canadian dollars! Be careful! Try not to buy anything through Ticketmaster Canada!
Has refused to acknowledge that a refund has been owed on my account since March. Reach out multiple times (8) via every method imaginable and have only spoken to a live agent and not received a canned response once. Absolutely pathetic customer service! Honour your refund policy and get in touch. BE BETTER!
Customer service is the worse! Good luck with getting any help from the call service reps. All they do is deny, lie and ignore the problem at hand. Event: Kevin Hart Concert (2017) Problem: The seats that we paid for were occupied by folks who fraudulent duplicates.
