I had such a great experience with this company! We were coming from out of town to try and do the PNE drive thru, but I was too late getting tickets and they were sold out. I called Ticketleader to see if I could get tickets at the gate, and that is not possible. I spoke to a lady named “Rissy”, and she went completely OUT OF HER WAY to help me and managed to get us a ticket. Thanks to her, and thanks to ticketleader for going the extra mile for us!!! They are likely very busy and didn’t have to do that. Five stars!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING. I mistakenly bought 3 tickets and was nervous calling because I read the other reviews. Basically, I expected no help at all but JESSICA WAS AMAZING. Super helpful, fast, professional and just EFFICIENT. THANK YOU SO MUCH, TICKETLEADER!

I will never again purchase tickets from Ticketleader or attend a show at this venue. I purchased Rage tickets in February and was notified a month later that the show would be postponed, TBD. I did not receive ANY further communication from them regarding the Rage tickets, and upon contacting them, I'm being told I have NO refund options and that they have no liability because they're just the \middle man\ and everything goes through the promotor. They're trading in bad faith. UNETHICAL, SHADY, and their business practices should be ILLEGAL.
