Worst event site I have ever tried to use. Get your act together

Your website is terrible. Trying to buy tickets online is impossible. Me and my boyfriend tried with 3 different cards in the store, and we always got the "the card doesn't match" warning. And since there is no PayPal option, if you are stuck like we are I guess that's that. So frustrating.
Way to go Ticket Atlantic. You sure know how to ruin a night. First off, they change the time of an event AFTER tickets are bought. Because they got greedy and added a second show the same night. Now my brother and his girlfriend can't go so they call to get just their 2 tickets changed. But thanks to the incompetent worker, she goes ahead and changes all 5 of our tickets to the later show. Thankfully, i receive a confirmation email telling me so. I call Ticket Atlantic and inform them of their mistake and guess what? They immediately sold my original tickets and I'm now SOL. So to try and make up for it, they offer me 3 seats NOT together... Awesome. I tell them its unacceptable and what do I get in the end? A refund. Thanks a lot guys. Great job! No wonder nothing good ever comes to Halifax.
