I've been to TipTop a few times, it's odd that Thunder Bay went through a period with few affordable men's wear stores. I'm glad TipTop is in the mall. Their seamstress is fantastic and has done quick hems for me on short notice.

Rude staff. We thought mall closed at 6 not 5, and as we were leaving a couple minutes before 5 we heard the man working mumble to himself ext time dont come at 5\. Do not recommend.
