Recently purchased a new phone... within two weeks phone started acting up...brought it to store and they sent it away to be looked at. A month later it was returned with the same problem. Advised staff that issue has not gone away...phone is brand new should not have to deal with this.....was advised it was NOT their problem and that I had to deal with Tbaytel....they just collect money for signing people up on new contracts... No offer or attempt to work something out or help me in any way, after years of loyalty at their store...just purchased a fridge /dishwasher / a number of electronics (thousands of dollars worth)....all my previous phones....etc....buy local...and this is how you are treated? Terrible customer service...very frustrating as the phone is very expensive.... apparently online is the way to go......

Had some antenna canopy internet installed. Tbaytel hired power centre to do the install. Very quick, organized service. Chris was the installer, very knowledgeable, very positive and very efficient. Couldn’t be happier with the all around outcome. Chris is the man

I was in at the car install portion of power center. Steve was extreemly knowledgeable, he helped me in a big way and he even went over to the T.V section to get a flyer for me. Great service. Ask to see Steve.

Needed a new tv old one met end of its road. Found a nice tv and not made in China. Good price also. Great staff.

Purchased TV wall mount. For installation on your wall is set 299.00 dollars. Asking too much money for installation. Called handyman 55.00 dollars for installation. 2 stars Power Centre.
