I recently contacted Northwest for a quote and was reminded of the excellent work they had done previously for a chain link area on rural property I have. I hadn't left a review at the time, but after speaking again to them for services elsewhere. When inquiring about the instalment of two new fences, Peter, the owner of Northwest Fencing, responded in a timely fashion (through email correspondence, and during his on- site visit), Peter provided two quotes and proposed timelines for the installation of these fences. We decided to hire Northwest Fencing for both projects. Since both projects were conducted at different times of the year by different crews, I cannot emphasise enough the level of professionalism and the efficiency of the work crews (both projects were done in three days). I am also very pleased with both final products.
The Fence was completed in one week. Started Thursday and completed by Thursday, technically. The Fence looks nice. I have a yard that was bumpy so the Fencing was put on, not evenly as per employee says it's because of the ground being lumpy. I had a Railroad Tie against my old Pallet Fence. They removed it away from the pallet fence into the middle of my property. 4 days into working on the new Fencing. My Railroad Tie was gone. It was reported to -----. I decided to ask one of the Employee about the Railroad Tie. The Employee admitted of taken it off my Property and sawed it into pieces. The Employee did not ask my permission. When I asked about it. The Employee wanted to give it back to me in pieces! For everyday, they did work on my property, pictures were taken. I noticed my Railroad Tie Gone. It was in very top shape. I was called a liar from -----. I had text my photo of my Railroad Tie to -----. I was not believed! I felt discriminated. I am a new customer of the business and I feel this is not a good way to start a relationship that could be a long term, positive one for me and the business. It wasn't a great experience of losing my Railroad Tie off my property without asking nor it shouldn't of been taken off of my property. I was going to use it for a seating bench at my Firepit. Shame on the Employee who stole it. This was unproffessional practice, I must say.
They did it quick but efficiently. The men were hard workers and professional. The fence looks awesome. We couldn’t be happier.
I heard someone told me their company is too busy to receive any home-related works. But fortunately I gave them a call, and then they accepted. I told them I might have a vocation on August 1st, so the fence needs to be completed before July 20th. Because it is just a two-days work, so they start the work exactly July 18th! Professional crew, high-quality fencing material, and helpful staff. Appreciate your effort to build an excellent yard fence for my family.
