I switched over to this shop a little over a year ago to work out some issues with my vehicle and regular maintenance going forward. I appreciated the option to get financing to pay for the repairs. The staff are really good at communicating with me if extra work needs to be done and its obvious that they really care about the safety and the quality of the repairs done. Definitely not the cheapest spot, but I trust their work when it comes to driving around my kids.

Always a great service with them. I’ve had my summers and winters swapped, an inspection and even an emergency tire replacement done with them. Their customer service has always been excellent, they are efficient and their shuttle service is a great idea!

Travelling across canada, needed a balance. I showed up without a phone call and they got me right in! Even had my rim lock nut on hand. Friendly staff, very welcoming, and very polite.

Got my tires switched over and they scratched all 4 of my rims. DON'T go there if you got nice rims and you don't want them all scratched up. Soo disappointed with their customer service. My advice is stay away

This review should have been written long ago.... Sorry Done-Rite. These guys are stellar! I had an issue to be fixed fast, and they delivered. I had some issues with my vehicle after the repair, and when I brought it back, they delivered and fixed me right up. They stay true to their name and make sure the job is Done-Rite. I highly recommend taking your vehicle into this garage.
