Went in to go find a tablet case as I needed a new one, told them what I had and the guy kept pushing for the model #... told him to just show me the 8 inch cases and i will know what one i need, he proceeded to tell me he needed the model number to show me the cases, how the hell do you need a model number for a Samsung tab A.. he then ended up telling me to go home and get the model and then he will sell me one. Was rude and disrespectful... ended up buying a case for far less cheaper somewhere else.

Had some issues with the screen guard but the happily fixed it, the store owner was very polite and considerate and helped me out with all my troubles. Thanks for the great customer service. \u003c3

When I was about to lose hope for my phone, It was recommended to me to try Cellicon. Sam was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by fixing my phone when my own trouble shooting and phone provider couldn't. Sam also gave me suggestions to try if the issue was to ever to happen again. Amazing customer service, knowledgeable and a great selection of products!
