Thanks for leaving my package in a pool of water, disgusting customer service. Called to complain and the women didnt care at all. Really dont know how you can confuse a pool of water for a mailbox. Clearly some high IQ workers you got running around.

Really like to loose my packages somehow and I'm told in person as well as tracking online that it is delivered to my lock box but in now way is my package there.
I try to phone them to see where my package is as the app is not updating. They hang up on my call 9 times then pick up on the 10th and after I state my request I get hung up on again. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
before 7 am night staff never unload us no matter we arrived 5.30 am or 6 am morning they always waiting for shift change but if we arrived after 7 am they just take 15 to 20 minutes for unloading.
The staff and completely undisciplined, from not knowing whats going on, to being unhappy, overworked and rude, and the drivers not wanting to drop off my packages and leaving a post card and running away instead of knocking (before pandemic) they still dont leave postcards when i have a package to pick up, they sometimes do but only half the time, the fact you shortened your hours during the pandemic for safety reasons is B.S. since they are busier than ever and essential, i am an essential workjer and have to work the same hourswhy cant they? it makes no sense and is only making their jobs harder. The management needs to start reading peoples complaints and addressing them because it seems like people are having the same kinds of problems and they have been going on for a long time even before the pandemic. If i could choose a different service i would but they have a monopoly so they figure they dont have to fix their issues i guess, but 0 stars if possible since they have caused me so much stress and made my life harder since i order many things online.
