I came in to get my photos updated on my phone. Russell was totally helpful and guided me through the google process to save my photos. Now I will be able to download and save my photos to my desktop and the cloud at home..... I think. Always friendly and accommodating. Give them a try!!! He deals very well with seniors!

My husband has been so impressed with the service and friendliness of Russell and Sherri at Thrift Computers that I had to buy my refurbished laptop here and YES... incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly owners and very well stocked store. Love to be able to support our local White Rock businesses but honestly, I would have driven from Vancouver to receive this kind of service and well priced product.! I will be back and I will definitely tell my friends! :) :)

I had such a great experience with Russell and Thrift Computers! Apple Retailers and other stores were telling me I would need to give them my computer for up to 10 business days, which I don't think is realistic for a professional in 2021. Russell assured me that he could have it fixed in an hour, I didn't need to give him my computer until the part came in, and the price was comparable to Apple retailers. Everything was done quickly, effectively, and with great communication. Absolutely will be coming back here for all computer needs!
Where do I start, customer satisfaction is number one at Thrift Computers. Russ and his staff will bend over backwards to put a smile on your face mask( haha personal joke). Fast and efficient service and computer knowledge at a premium. Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout the build.
Russel provides excellent service! Went to get my cell phone plan switched to Public Mobile and because he was serving two people that were in line ahead of me, I was able to observe his service. He is so patient and pleasant with his customers. Takes his time spend with each customer. I will definitely keep this shop in mind should I need any help with my computer related issues, etc. Great prices as well. This place is a little gem in White Rock for tech issues, so glad I've discovered it. I wish there were more service people like Russel!
thanks to Russel I have gotten my sanity back. he cares and he makes my cares go away. even thou he is extremally competent, he provides impeccable service. defiantly someone to put on your Christmas gift list.
