The fries were cold when we got our food to which we showed up 5 minutes early to our order pick up time. The fish and chips had ok batter but was way overcooked and dry. The chicken burger was nothing special either I would compare it to a high school cafeteria quality. They both came without drinks even though I paid for a combo for the chicken burger and it came out to around 35 I would not suggest this for anyone in the area and will not be returning to this restaurant. For 35 for two meals and an order of mozzarella sticks you should just go buy the frozen versions of these items from the grocery store it will be the same quality but provide a lot more meals for you and your family. Update: We ordered just under 2 weeks ago an was very dissatisfied we decided to let it pass as we understand that it is a though time for small business but then our friends had the exact same experience your restaurant is way over rated on google people should understand that the only thing you will get from this restaurant is the same frozen food that you could purchase at the grocery store. Also the owner rather then taking the review argues it which just make this post even more valid. if you are looking for good fresh local food I suggest you check out the Niagara restaurants facebook page which will give you a list of options that are actually worth 13-16 a plate that you are paying here. Also we ordered the chicken burger not the chicken fingers if you actually want to take the criticism.

I usually never review places I visit but this restaurant truly deserves a review. I just need to say.... THIS IS THE BEST FISH AND CHIPS TAKE-OUT I HAVE EVER TRIED. Hutches on the beach is a known place for good fish and chips as well but this place is just as good, if not, better!!! (And for a much better price) I absolutely loved the food. Will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend.
Ive had shwarma poutine before and yours was missing the best part the garlic sauce also I couldn't even chew the piece of fish I received cause it was over cooked and the popcorn chicken tasted like it was in the freezer for a month.
