As a recent widow I was nervous to get 2 large trees taken down on my own. James was wonderful, I had no worries, he took them down and even worked hard to save a tiny tree growing in front of the big one. Not one stick was left on my grass. He kept in constant communication with me, honest, prompt and very reasonable too. Highly recommend.
I wanted to say I had the pleasure of crossing paths with the Lotus Tree company. James learned that I had received poor service from another company and stepped up on his own accord to volunteer his services. James reaches out to me and advised he would gladly help me. The job consisted of climbing a icy victorian style roof to the peak which is 3 stories high. During a snow storm James arrived in great spirits climbed up and completed the job for me. Fantastic individual that reflects very well on his company. Once again James thank you and I will be seeing you in the spring to take care of our silver maple.
