Dr. Leung and all the staff at Thornhill Veterinary Clinic are amazing! They are so knowledgeable and loving when it comes to our little puppy Teddy (even though he can sometimes be a handful!). During every visit, they take the time to answer all our questions and concerns. They go the extra mile every time, whether it be explaining different vaccinations, calling in to check up on Teddy when he is unwell or simply providing helpful suggestions for us new puppy owners. Even after several vaccinations, Teddy is always so excited to return and we are always welcomed with big smiles from the staff. I highly recommend Thornhill Veterinary Clinic to all puppy/dog owners as they provide outstanding service and care!

I sent an email to this vet clinic (their website encourages communication via email, since it is posted in their contact information) in December, regarding the prices for puppy vaccines. It wasn't long until I received an email response (not automated) that they were too busy to respond to emails and that I should call instead. I knew it wasn't an automated response because the email mentioned what I was inquiring about. I replied that I wasn't in a rush, and didn't mind waiting for an email response. I highly doubt that they were so busy with calls and emails that they couldn't get back to me. I provided all the information they would need to give me an estimate (puppy age, breed, and vaccination info provided by a breeder). They still have not responded to my email. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed with the customer service I received. It didn't feel very professional, and left a bad impression right from the get go. It isn't difficult to respond to emails (especially for inquiries that aren't very complex and are for routine services) so I was happy to make an appointment with another clinic in the area that was much more willing to respond to my inquiries. If you don't want to respond to emails, don't post your email address on your website. It's as simple as that.
I took my cat here today for the first time. Although they were fully booked, the receptionist was very empathetic and she was able to get us in on the same day so our cat could be seen by a vet. He was seen by Dr. Berman who was very attentive and professional. Overall great service from the wonderful staff. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.
Took both my kittens here to get fixed and surgery went well, both healed perfectly. staff was very friendly and helpful.
Our family has had the good fortune to call Thornhill Veterinary Clinic our pet care provider for over 20 years! Their outstanding professionalism and caring service from the doctors and the staff ensure our animals return, year after year. Dr. Corrigan is an expert in his field with so much knowledge and he wears his heart on his sleeve when interacting with his patients. The clinic is clean and run with strict Covid-19 protocols which is reassuring as we entrust our animals to their care. Dr Corrigan and his team will continue to be our clinic of choice for years to come.
