Great place to get fireplaces. Lots of great selection and ideas for every home. Really good warranty on the fireplaces, and also great after-sales service from the Fireplace Club, even 1.5 years after my purchase of two fireplaces. Highly recommended! Tom

Shawn provided us with excellent service and assistance. He was consistent and forthright with pricing and promises. They removed our broken fireplace and put in the new one for the agreed price. Work was done quickly, efficiently and well. No complaints. Good company and good work!
I am extremely satisfied with my experience with The Fireplace Club. Right from wandering into the showroom through after sales service, they were a pleasure to deal with. Al spent half a Saturday morning answering all my wife’s questions. Once we committed, Al came to measure up and explain the installation process. The installers arrived on time and were efficient and courteous. Al arranged for follow-up to do some minor adjustments shortly after installation. I am currently contemplating a second insert and I will happily deal with The Fireplace Club to buy and install.
