Great sausages, better then the store ones. They are on the pricey side though. I didn’t like how they package up and give you the burgers, there was no packaging... it was just put in a plastic bag and given to you. It was a bit odd. Burgers were not that good anyways. The burgers were very slim and sold per piece VS weight. I’d get more sausages again for sure if I’m around the area again.

Been coming here for over 10 years now and have recommended a lot of friends who love the place just as much. Family run business and still see a lot of the same familiar and friendly faces all these years. Take pride in their meat and they always travel out to where their meat comes from and can speak to it (see their IG). The beef here is consistently high quality and is highly competitive in price with even your local grocery store/superstores, but with a much higher quality. Their beef and chicken is my go to for my daily family dinners! Has recently expanded into seafood. Don't overlook the meat pies in the freezer that are fantastic! If you don't see something there, make sure to ask, as they can always source something for you. Also nice, that they are happy to make specific cuts or try and meet your requests. If you haven't been up to the York farmers market before, encourage you to give it a try, they have a lot of small proprietors that produce really high quality product!
