This used to be an amazing mall with many stores. Now you'll find many of the stores have closed. There is still a grocery store, banking, clothes stores, and cell phone carriers. The food court also has many great options. Its a nice quiet mall to visit if you just want to walk around and not looking to shop much. Hopefully when the condos are build more stores will open up.

Not too crowded. Layout similar to smaller shopping centres
Never crowded and some nice stores. If you want Bath and Body works but don't want the crowd, this is the place. Some higher-end clothing stores but not wildly overpriced. The construction of the new apartment building might crowd up the mall but overall it's a very pleasant trip if you hate crowds and lines. Not as much variety as Vaughan Mills but guaranteed something for all ages, and the T&T attached has incredible groceries and premade food for any budget, even a high school student. The mall gets crowded around lunch as students from the nearby schools flock to it but overall not much of a problem
Love this pace but lately is it's a ghost town. I heard rent's too high for vendors.
I grew up going to this mall and overall its a pretty good place to shop, it has undergone some changes and is currently under construction to make it bigger and better, I am very satisfied with my shopping experience and I would highly recommend going here. I do however wish the footlocker was bigger and better.
