We had a check engine light and a def warning light pop up in a sprinter and showed a 10 start countdown. Immediately called Mercedes and was set up with an emergency appointment within an hour. Speaking to the representative they advised us that any Mercedes dealer would be able to service the vehicle but the best option would be green lane as they specialized in sprinters/ fleet vehicles and had the bays to accommodate larger vehicles. Our experience at green lane has beyond met any expectations. The old saying you get what you pay for when you purchase a vehicle can't compare to the service Mercedes offered From dropping off the sprinter and especially working with our service advisor Danielle, to receiving the vehicle back has been nothing but top notch. With our experience they have earned our business for life. As we expand our fleet vehicles we would only purchase Mercedes and will only deal with green lane for service. Thank you again Danielle and the green lane team! Just a little note to the attention of detail Mercedes green lane provides. As a business owner it's always hard to keep up with the smaller things (key fob battery dying always having to go right next to the vehicle to open/close) when i received the vehicle back i realized the battery in the fob was changed as well. It's just the small things that make all the difference!

Someone backed up into my side door while parking. So I came in here for a quick estimate. Kurt came out, and I got an estimate within 30 minutes. I was told that I need to request that the insurance sends them the authorisation and we're good to go. However, after the authorisation, they needed to contact the insurance company for an additional step then set up an appointment. Overall, they've accepted my car and started to work on it as soon as the part came in. The staff here is amiable.

Booked an appointment "service A and a check engine light" for Dec.22 @ 10:30am. Upon arrival, were told they cannot complete the service , we would either have to leave the vehicle or return again. I find this is so unprofessional! We are an essential business as well and when appointments a booked by us, we try and do the best service for our customer! Mercedes are high end vehicle and I would think their customer service would be "A class". Very disappointed!!

Brought in my car for standard service. After I dropped off the car, I received a text from Queenie regarding needing sunroof lubricant and other services for a cost of roughly 1000. The technician was obviously not trained, the 2016 s63 coupe doesn’t even have a sunroof... How could they come to the conclusion that I needed lubricant without even checking? The technician then recommended replacing all 4 tires on the car at a cost of roughly 2500. Some of the tires were brand new and had recently just been changed at a different Mercedes Benz service dealer. They obviously didn’t even look at the tread before making this recommendation. From my one and only experience at this centre it seems that techs just push unnecessary services.
