I am very happy to find a doctor who is so caring and takes time to listen to you, the impression form the initial assessment was great, it was very informative, I learned lots of new stuff to deal with my ongoing health issues, specifically my indigestion without taking any medications, (as I used to for years), but by making life style changes and making healthier choices recommended by Dr. Alton. I feel I have the appropriate tools that I need to overcome my indigestion and low energy symptoms with the help of Dr. Alton. I would highly recommend Dr. Alton, as she is not only very knowledgeable and good doctor, but also, very kind and caring and would do her best to help you with your health issues unlike other physicians that don't give you a chance to talk and don't listen to you at all.

So thankful to have Dr Kaylee Alton as my naturopathic doctor. She is extremely knowledge about taking a natural approach to health issues and always takes lots of time to carefully and meticulously diagnose why you are experiencing certain symptoms and problems. It's so reassuring to get individualized medicine, unique to my needs. She has really helped me with weight loss in a healthy way, boosting my immune system and with my chronic problem of insomnia.

To be honest I came out of the appointment feeling a bit cheated. My appointment ran longer she said, at the end of the appointment, and stated that she’ll just charge extra and that I need to buy enzyme supplement. She didn’t ask, she told me I have to. I felt helpless and couldn’t tell her that as a professional she should be in control of managing the time. I bought everything in the end and because it was excessive I was unable to claim a lot of it. I do understand that with more appointments that maybe you will get better especially since you will be spending quite a lot on additional tests and supplements that are not covered by ohip or insurance. I went in believing that she would be genuine and helpful, but my naturopathic appointment experience left me feeling cheated and never wanting to make another appointment for naturopathy here or anywhere. I have not used my real name in this review as I wish not to be contacted and have my personal information exposed.

I recommend Dr. Alton to everyone that I know who may need a naturopath. In my opinion, everyone needs someone like Dr. Alton in their life to help them function in the best way possible. Dr. Alton has been instrumental in improving my inflammation issues (connected to gut issues) and has given me many tools related to many other parts of my life in order to function at my highest level on a daily basis.
