We are very lucky to have found Ethan Allen during our leather-sofa couch search. Alice was an excellent customer service rep. who paid attention to what we were looking for, our wants, needs and budget. She helped us found these 2 perfect couches sitting here at our home giving us the warmth, comfort and snuggles when we lay down on them to watch a movie. Alice was also prompt to follow up when the item had a sale price. We love them and are grateful to Alice who made our search in the market and purchase process a smooth one. Ethan Allen has great customer service. ️

Disappointed in product quality and service from Ethan Allen. We were advised in Dec. 2019 before drop off that the Ravenswood media cabinet has defects but will be fixed once replacement parts arrive. We agreed to accept the defective piece out of courtesy. After the defect was repaired, 4 months later the same part began sagging and had issues. We called in and they agreed to replace the entire piece. We’ve recently received the new piece, but when it arrived, it had the exact issues as the defective piece prior to repairs. We had advised the delivery team and they were surprised and advised us to contact Ethan Allen. After contacting Alice, our sales rep who sold us our dining table, sofa, buffet and media piece, I can’t state how disappointed I was in the conversation. The last straw was the email I received stating, “it is our understanding that the door is not closing to your satisfaction”. My satisfaction? Lol. Check your showroom media and let me know if it has the same defect. It wasn’t free or discounted. We spent money to buy the piece, in addition - time we spent in repairing, replacing and waiting.
Three years ago I spent well over one hundred thousand dollars at my local Ethan Allen Store. While there are many nice things to say about their product, the customer service aspect of this experience does not even rate one star. The man who was sent to hang this very high end drapery did not respect my home and left things a mess after he completed his work. My complaints to the store were not taken seriously and they continued to send the same careless individual to fix the shoddy workmanship. Finally, in exasperation, I requested that they NOT send this same individual again to my home. There was no apology or accountability for this poor customer service. I sent an email stating that I would NEVER again set foot in an Ethan Allen store due to this one man. Crickets from their customer service department. Fast forward three years. These very expensive drapes, which were clearly not hung properly when they were installed, come crashing down just as I was about to head to bed. Infuriating would not begin to describe how I feel. Be forewarned. Anyone who dares to shop at Ethan Allen. They love to take your money but could not care less about ensuring customer satisfaction.
