first impression is so bad so unprofessional and impolite guy working in receiving office his name is SHIVA . this guy shouldn't be at any place dealing with clients he is so bad .
I wish there is 0 star I can use. Worst customer service ever!!! Unprofessional salespeople misled customer and ignored the actual sample we provided, finally sold us something we can not use at all, unbelievable!!! And the very rude Vice President never tried to solve the problem, everything is customer's mistake. Stay away!!!
