Very rude service and attitude by a woman pretending to be the owner. I general spend over 20 and my Bagel with cheese and veggies... was cold and not toasted. When I asked them to make me a new one, woman/manager/owner refused make a new one and after 5 minutes of yelling gave me my money. It’s a shame since I am been going to Bagel Nash over 10 years. I will drive out of the neighbourhood to “whata Bagel” on Bathurst/407 since service is great and food quality is excellent. I wish Bagel Nash best of luck since others in the neighbourhood are also complaining of similar experience. If you question this crazy owner then no Bagel for you. Look for other options. I did and they aren’t over charging their customers and excellent service. Just read the reply and you will understand why. I am done and moving on since I don’t expect abuse from my retailers.

The best bagels! A wide variety of options and you can often get them fresh out the oven, still warm. Also lots of yummy baked treats here - the chocolate and almond croissants are favourites. Good quality cream cheese and other spreads as well.

Amazing value for fresh food, pastries and bread. Highly recommend this spot for healthy snacks, fresh bread and bagels of all kinds and vegan friendly pastries as well. Service is quick and they're helpful. You choose your bagel and then order what you want. They have so many cream cheeses and really fresh ingredients. I also got half loaves of pumpernickel and rye bread - yum. Too bad this location is far for me otherwise I'd be back more often!

Very disappointed in service today. Went to pick up for bagels to celebrate family day ordered them all toasted. Came home only to discover that two of the bagels were not even close to being toasted, they were still cold and Butter was not melted. Completely cold. Went all the way back to the store and owners wife refused to redo the bagels and was extremely rude. We have been going there for over 10 years and I’m extremely disappointed and shocked with the rudeness and poor customer service. Not sure I’ll ever go back.

Great quality bagel even at the end of their business day. Toasted sundries tomato bagel with a lox cream cheese and a pickle. The pickle was to give the taste as if there were capers. Great substitute for a lox bagel.
