Great place for workout and recreation, warm staff with great professionalism. Lots of facilities for gym and aerobics.
Great salt water pool for lane swimming. Steam room and hot tub are really nice as well. Only downside would be sometimes the change room floor can be dirty, so I would recommend wearing some indoor sandals.
Great centre with a hot tub, steam room, 2 pools, weight room, and arena. There is no family change room however there is a special needs change room for anyone who may need assistance. The change room lockers require quarters or you may bring your own locks. My husband and I signed up for a monthly pass and the two lady at the front were very friendly and welcoming. It was our first time coming here and we did not know that there are swim lessons and we can’t use the pools, there were no signs on the pool deck(usually at other pools there are). As we were about to enter this lady lifeguard said from across the pool deck “you can’t enter that pool, it’s only for the lessons”. We didn’t mind and walked over to ask if we could use the other pool and she snapped “no it’s closed 10-1”. My husband very politely asked what can the general public use the pool and very rudely said “ I already told you it’s closed 10-1 and 1-3.... If you are working a job that requires you to interact with lots of people(lifeguard who was sitting on the high chair with blonde hair and later went to the front desk) , you should at least be polite enough to help them out when they have questions or concerns. Everyone else was very friendly! Especially the lady with the medium brown, curly hair. Thank you for your help!! Also here are the times the pool is available to the general public as it may help some of you out as well!!
