Really bad service ! Only one person is working there in all part of lab from front desk to getting blood test. Many people are waiting for this business with one employee!!!!!! They give me the verification code to view my lab result but the code was not valid, I went there and got the new code but the new one wasn’t work again,they gave me the phone number to call if the code didn’t work,but no one answer the phone!!! Really bad experience whit this unprofessional service. Professionalism ZERO
It was a really good place. The lady who got my blood was so expert. She was fast & gentle. Definitely recommended! You can also see your results online for free too.
I just went to the alpha lab with my daughter she needed to get a blood test done fast it was an emergency. We arrived 10 minutes to 1 even though on the website it says 1:30. 2 rude staff members came out ans start being very disrespectful and they declinded to give service to us, accusing us of asking someone to unlock the door for us which that was not the case, the door was unlocked and me and daughter walked in 10 minutes before 1. Overall very rude staff and service.
