I had several appointments at the imaging lab and had a very positive experience. The COVID questionnaire can be conveniently filled out online prior to the visit. The receptionist was helpful with the bookings and answering my questions. I liked that the place was not crowded. They do check your temperature upon registering in. All of my appointments were done pretty much on time. They all wear masks and I saw they wipe the surfaces after you finish the procedure. Ultrasound technician Igor and x-ray tech Sandra were great, I found them experienced and professional. The radiologist they work with seems to be attentive to detail. One area they could improve is providing online access to the reports and imaging. They do provide them on a CD if required.

Do NOT go to this place! I went there for my anatomy ultrasound and the ultrasound technician was so rude and unkind that I just wanted the appointment to go by faster. She didn't even let me see the baby at the end of the scan and was pushing me to pay 5 to get a single photo! Overall it was a very unpleasant and unhappy experience. I wasn't planning to write a review until I found out from my doctor that this clinic should have booked me for a second ultrasound appointment as recommended by my doctor and they didn't!!! Very unprofessional!

Accurate Imaging Diagnostics exceeded my expectations with their attention to detail and genuine care for their patients. Given the recent circumstances and different government guidelines for safe practice, they are managing incredibly well and are still going above and beyond for their patients. I can highly recommend them to anyone and would not think twice about booking to go again if needed.

this place is very responsible. when i was there it was almost close time but they managed the check for me and notified me after working time for the further check so i don’t have to wait for the deterioration of my health. they also kept working on cell phone when I need them to talk to hospital in the evening after work. It is excellent.
