Pricing may be attractive but service disappointed. Installers did not complete clean up - no vacuum - left so much fluff and threads. Spent hours cleaning up.

the MOST unreliable and lousiest business I ever know!... wasting my time, not answering any phone calls, text,... I have to click on STARs to be able to post this BUT honestly, they deserve NO star at all...
I wish there was an option for 0 stars. This guy came to my house in Brampton and wasted my time and did not communicate with me after confirming a deal, showing the carpet and giving a final quote. He never picked up the phone and his men did not show up to do the carpet job. I took time out of my busy schedule and waited all day. Extremely poor service and do not recommend this carpet company at all.
Unprofessional, unreliable and not worth it. I called this place for the last 3 days to arrange carpet service. I was given balony and fake timeliness for call backs consistently. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Or you will just be hung, the least they couldn't have done just simply say they do not have the capability to assist customers and can't take orders. This way I don't waste time and look somewhere else.
Possible fraudulent activity. Did not complete transaction. Made mistake of giving money upfront. Will sharing experience shortly.
