We had an old Intercom system instead of doorbells and it didn’t work well anymore. I wanted to replace with Google Nest Hello video doorbells but knew with this old system, it’d be a challenge. I called Thorne Security because of it’s reviews and was not disappointed. A very knowledgeable young man named Dennis came when he said he would, checked out our situation and left to prepare a quote. Shortly thereafter we received the quote with options we talked about. There was no pressure whatsoever. Our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. When we decided to go ahead, Adam came to install at the agreed time. He came with the systems in hand and worked tirelessly setting up the new doorbells. After installation, he made sure we were comfortable with their operation before leaving. I will add my voice to those who have recommended Thorne Security. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Thorne was amazing... very responsive, on time, experts at what they do, and very good advice! Kris was great in putting together a package for us; and Adam was a ninja at the installation... went far out of his way to get everything done right. We would highly recommend them!
