Horrible experience with a lady who seemed to completely lack any humanity and understanding. Our truck ran out of gas driving through Thorhild early in the morning. We parked it here with the intention of coming back when they opened to put gas in it - which we did. However upon returning to the truck after an already rough morning (it ran out of gas and our baby was sick) the lady there piled some more stresses on by calling it in stolen. Then after our purchases we are about to leave my husband is ripped outta the truck and arrested for theft of motor vehicle. Our own truck. We even presented her proof that we owned it and still the cops show up. Then after about a half hour of my husband in the back of a cop car and showing them that we owned the truck they let him out. No tickets or charges laid but truck was towed. And now we have close to a thousand dollar bill at the tow yard to pay. We asked about leaving truck and having a different. Tow company pick up our truck but we were told the lady didn't want it waiting there. Keep in mind we were paying customers that bought our gas and other stuff from there before this incident happened. So paying customers hit wrongfully arrested and truck gets towed all because The person working didn't know or even try to find out the circumstances about our truck before making it an issue. I cannot say that this was any fair way to treat anyone let alone a customer.
