Rude, clueless and broken front door. First impression: broken front door covered with plywood ? Really ? Then the salesman is rude because he's talking on his cell phone - hello, hello ? ok...sure, finish your conversation and maybe help me. I then speak to the manager and he seems kind of clueless because he doesn't really want to help me or ask me any questions about why I came in... Really ?
