I was looking for a breakaway bottle and a friend sent me a link to Thomas FX. I spoke to John and he took my name and number and passed it on to Betty. Betty called me back within the day which was amazing as I had left this to the last minute. Betty was so helpful and sent me all the info that i needed in order to make an informed decision that I could afford. She wasn't in it for the money, that was obvious. I ordered what we were able to afford, which was twice what i had thought, the delivery was very reasonable and it arrived in less than 24 hours!!! The product was amazing and exactly what we wanted. Brilliant. Myself and the Victoria community were so impressed. We will use Thomas FX again.

Great company for getting high quality, professional special effects gear. I had struggled for a while to find one place where I can buy most of my special effects products, with the selection that I was after. I've never had to wait for any products to be ordered in and the delivery is always quick and reliable. Definitely going to continue using Thomas FX and would highly recommend to others. Thanks.
Before you judge this business based on its ridiculous, poor reviews, you should definitely first meet the incredibly lovely owners yourself. You will find them right there in their store at the shop counter working so impressively hard to satisfy so many different customers all around the world. I would look no further than Thomas FX because professionalism mixed with sincere solicitude for customers, and coming from just genuinely nice people is all I would ever want to deal with when conducting business.
