I was in the store with my fiance last week. These two ladies were making a return, seemed like they had the receipt but i guess they didn’t have the debit card or something and were asking for store credit. They kept refusing her even though the receipt said she has a right to store credit. The customer was getting frustrated trying to explain the store return policy to them, but was being ignored by the staff, which was getting very upsetting for us and we had to leave the store, honestly not sure if we’ll return again. I work retail myself and that’s no way to treat a customer. The people that work here, specially the older lady dealing with the situation at the time who was completely ignorant, need to get proper customer service training and probably review their store return policy again.

Love this store and so does my Mom, but it is so crowded that her walker doesn't fit down the aisles. We are so afraid that we will destroy something that we never go in. We just look from the outside and stare in and sigh!
